Getting to 3 Manor Row
We are in Bradford city centre, a short walk from both railway stations and the Interchange.
By train
Bradford Forster Square and Bradford Interchange are both around a five to ten minute walk. Forster Square is the closer of the two.
By car
Manor Row is in the city centre, just off Cheapside. There is no dedicated client parking, but several public car parks are within a few minutes' walk.
By bus
Bradford Interchange is the main bus station and is a short walk away. Numerous services stop on Cheapside and Manor Row itself.
Accessibility
Tell us before you come if you have any access requirements and we will make sure the arrangements work for you — including meeting somewhere more suitable if that is easier.
What happens next
-
1
We read it the same day
Enquiries are reviewed by a person, not a queue. If it is urgent or a deadline is close, say so and it moves to the front.
-
2
We come back within one working day
By email or phone, whichever you asked for. If we cannot help, we will say so and point you somewhere that can.
-
3
A free, no-obligation conversation
A solicitor talks it through with you properly. There is no charge for a question and no obligation to go further.
-
4
You decide what happens next
If there is a case worth pursuing we explain the options, the likely timescale and exactly what it would cost you, in writing, before anything starts.
Looking for something specific?
Some enquiries have a faster route than the general form.
Starting a claim
The claim form asks the questions we would ask anyway, so we can assess it before we call you.
Make a claim →A question about fees
Our published costs information sets out what we charge and how No Win, No Fee works.
See our services →Something you can look up
Time limits, how long a claim takes, what happens at each stage — the common questions are answered in full.
Read the FAQ →A concern or complaint
We would always rather hear about a problem. Our procedure explains who to contact and what happens.
Complaints procedure →Questions people ask first
Do I need an appointment to visit?
Do you charge for an initial enquiry?
Do you only act for people in Bradford?
How quickly will you reply?
Can I speak to someone in a language other than English?
What should I have ready before I call?
Is what I tell you confidential?
Making a complaint
We would always rather hear about a problem than not. Raising a concern will never affect how your matter is handled, and it costs you nothing. Our procedure sets out who to contact, what we will do and how long it takes — and, if we cannot put it right, how to take it to the Legal Ombudsman.
Would rather just talk?
Call us during office hours and you will speak to someone who can actually help — not a switchboard.
